Local schools, charities or businesses are encouraged to use a show at the theatres as a fundraising venture. The cost is R2 500 for the evening, including crockery, cutlery and furniture. During interval a cash bar operates and tea, coffee and sweets are on sale.

The Green Room and the Auditorium – seating 194 – are available for hire, as are costumes.
