Bovlei Valley Retreat is set on the outskirts of Wellington in the Cape Winelands, just 50 minutes from Cape Town. Bovlei lies at the foothills of the magnificent Limietberg and Hawequa mountains, which offer amazing views and create long hot summer days and cool evening breezes. The farm harvests English Lavender and Guava fruit. A newly planted vineyard will soon produce boutique wine, joining the neighbouring farms in high class, small yield wine production. Bovlei Valley retreat has five luxury bedrooms - Lavender, Iris, Jasmine, Lily and Honeysuckle. Rooms overlook lavender fields and vineyards on one side, and are centred around a herb garden on the other.                               Each Bovlei Valley room has an en-suite bathroom. Beds are queen-size with fine cotton linen. Complementary wine, flowers and fresh fruit await. A honeymoon suite is available, where a champagne breakfast may be enjoyed from the comfort of your four-poster bed. All rooms are equipped with remote control air-conditioning, colour television, and tea and coffee making facilities. The private verandas and swimming pool take in the spectacular views of the farm and surrounding mountains. An honesty bar is also available.  Full English and Continental breakfast is served on the veranda of the manor house, or on the lawn around the swimming pool. Picnic lunches and evening meals are available on request. We also offer a wide range of wines from the Bovlei Valley and local area.
